On July 2, Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within celebrated its 21 anniversary. It's unbelievable how fast the time is passing by. Even though the movie is a lil bit older it is still looking really good.
I thought it's a good time to present you one of the 12 inch big action figures that was released for this movie. While looking at all the Kai Figures or some released by Kotobukiya, this one is definitely weird to look at. Those figures are closer to all the US comic figures than anything else we know from the games. They are not "anime like" but try to be more realistic.
This is a figure of Gray Edwards a main character from Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within that is voiced by Alec Baldwin. As an accessory also a mask, rifle and a knife is included. What i really like is the story that is written on the box of the figure.
If you like the movie its maybe good to consider some of the figures. They cost around 40€ on eBay and are some of the rare cases where those are easier to get in EU and US than Japan. I am personally not the biggest fan of this kind of figures. They look a lil bit creepy ^^
