Probably one of the most famous online shops for Figures and other Merchandise.

I didn't order there for the first time but I always make reviews of the orders that are currently arriving to me.

Here is a list with the pro and cons:

+ Dispatching was really fast (one day)

+ Shipping costs are okay (calculated after the arrival of items)

+ You pay when the items are available and arrive at the warehouse (the size and weight are needed for the calculation of the shipping costs)

+ the service is really good and responsive

+ notification emails about arrival and dispatch of my items

+ packaging was really good (thick box and a lot of paper)

- I don't like being informed that excessive canceling of orders has consequences only because I canceled one figure

- Website is slow. Sometimes even inaccessible making it hard to browse.

Verdict: I can 100% recommend this shop. If you like good choice of items, fast shipping, reliability and good packaging, this is a shop for you!

P.S. I am a spreadsheet junkie and love to calculate a lot of stuff to be sure that i made a good deal. I had no idea how to call it so here is the "Xe-Factor". It's a multiplier showing how much you actually paid for an item. After making an order you still have to pay shipping and also the customs and postal services. This value is containing shipping to Germany and the German taxes and should only be used for comparison purposes.

Example: Figure 100€ + Shipping 30€ + customs services 25€ = 155€ = Xe-Factor: 1,55 Even less, even better 😉
