Artbook - The Art and Design of FINAL FANTASY XV

In my previous post, I introduced you to the fancy and pricey "Final Fantasy XV Official Works." Today, I want to show you another FFXV artbook, which comes in a different format and is more affordable with a price tag of "only" 54€.

This "coffee table" art book showcases the art and design of the Final Fantasy XV universe, featuring both Final Fantasy XV and the movie Kingsglaive. Published by Cook & Becker, "The Art & Design of Final Fantasy XV" was created in collaboration with key members of the Final Fantasy XV art team at Square-Enix, who provided detailed insights into their vision for the game's universe.

Inside, readers will find a collection of art, drawings, and designs depicting the Kingdom of Lucis, highlighting the work and dedication that went into creating the world of Final Fantasy XV. The art ranges from pencil sketches to intricate renders and digital paintings, featuring never-before-seen artwork and screens created exclusively for this art book.

This artbook consists of 220 pages printed in full color on silk paper. In addition to the regular edition, there is also a special Limited Edition. The Limited Edition includes an alternate cover, a collector's box, and two exclusive, hand-numbered Final Fantasy XV giclee art prints. The first 500 Limited Edition books even come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by members of the Final Fantasy XV art team. The limited edition is really rare and, if listed, comes with a hefty price tag!

Although even the regular edition may not be readily available in the usual stores, it can still be ordered from the official Cook & Becker website for 53.94$.
