I had been searching for this coin bank for a while because I wanted to collect more Cactuar items. This one was a must-have for me, but unfortunately, it was sold out everywhere when I was looking for it. It was only being offered for much higher prices on Amazon or eBay. Once again, I arrived late to the party.
A few months ago, the German store Evolve listed this coin bank, and I instantly decided to buy it. It was still more expensive than the retail price, but for my own peace of mind, I needed to have it and cross it off my list. Unlike the Tonberry bank I got from the Square Enix store, this one arrived in excellent condition on the first try! 🎉
This coin bank is made of PVC and measures approximately 20 centimeters.
The original price was €25.99 or 2800 yen. Unfortunately, I had to pay €44.99... 😭 Still better than the €80-€100 listings on eBay or by third parties on Amazon. It's still not a bargain, and it's one of the exceptions where I paid more than the initial retail price.
