Game protectors

Nothing can spoil my mood more than discovering new damages on one of my collectors items. For a really long time i used manga covers and a lot of tape to give my games additional protection. Unfortunately it's not always looking good and is also not adding to the stability of the cases. Especially the older games that were released in cardboard boxes, like NES, SNES, GB or Wonderswan, are really fragile and easy to damage.

I procrastinated it for way too long and this week i finally got my delivery of quite a few PET cases. Additionally, I also bought some cases for the double disc PS1 cases that were previously a real eyesore in the foil. The boxes came from a Dutch onlineshop "theboxprotectorshop" that is offering cases for any possible game formats, even consoles and Funko Pops. If you are interested, check them out as they offer worldwide shipping and good prices.

After putting most of my games into the delivered cases, i have to say that they are not only adding protection, but also looking way more elegant and uniform on a shelf. Now i am considering ordering more of them and protecting all of my games. It's a really good investment!

How do you protect your games? You do right?
