HobbyLink Japan

A few weeks ago another parcel, from a new store that i wanted to try out, arrived. That's actually not true, because it looks like i had an account and bought something there before ^^

I used this store to preorder some plushies for my collection. You can buy items that are in stock or preorder if not. For preorders, it's not necessary to pay upfront. You will be charged when the item is released and arrives in your private warehouse.

The best thing about this shop is the private warehouse! You can keep all your things up to 60 days before deciding to dispatch them. This is great for saving shipping costs by combining multiple items and when the release of items is delayed.

To keep track of your orders, you will get monthly an email with an overview. You will also additionally get emails with reminders which items are awaiting a dispatch from your warehouse.

The shop offers multiple shipping options. You can decide if you want to reduce the costs or get your items faster.

The only thing i could complain about is the return policy. They don't guarantee an arrival of items in mint condition. As long the actual item is undamaged and only the packaging is dented, no refunds. That suck for mint collectors.

Verdict: So far i can recommend this shop. The packaging is great, the website and service gives nothing to complain about. The dispatching of the parcel was also on the same day i decided to ship it. It's not the cheapest shop but it still offers prices in mid-range.
