I dedicate today's post to all the enthusiastic Final Fantasy XIV players I know!
Some are probably already familiar with this book and the stories that are included, but it's maybe still new to some others!
Few weeks ago, finally also the English version of the Chronicles of Light was released. The books come in a hard cover and a really beautiful looking artwork!
The book contains 21 short stories that were previously released on the official FFXIV website. Additionally, it offers four stories written by the development team and appearing for the first time in Chronicles of Light, offering a glimpse into Zenos’s past, and “Ever After,” on Hien and the recovery efforts of Doma. Each story is accompanied by an illustration created specifically for this book by acclaimed Final Fantasy artist Toshiyuki Itahana.
The book is available at Amazon for around 26€ or the SE store for 23€. I think it's a little bit expensive because the quality of the pages and prints is not that high compared to some other publications from the past. Thanks to Amazon Preorder guarantee I paid only 18€ what is more okay in my opinion
I can definitely recommend this book to all FFXIV fans that didn't read the stories so far and are interested in the additional lore that those are offering.
