One of the most recent figures from my collection. After many delays, a few weeks ago the dress version of Aerith finally arrived.
The biggest surprise was how thick the box compared to all other Kai figures is. While most of them are rather flat this one is almost a square. It makes sense because the bottom of the dress is pretty space consuming.
The packaging looks great as always and the figure itself is good-looking also. Not great because the joints at the dress versions are pretty visible. I know this is the reason why many decided to buy the static arts instead.
What is annoying me and is a really missed opportunity, there is no chair included. I mean come on! This pose is so famous that you even bother to put it on the box and in your promo pictures but you couldn't include a mini chair as accessory?!
I am still happy with this figure, especially because I decided not to have the basic version but this one in my collection. The figure costs around 140€ in the SE official store or 95€ at @amiami. You know where I got mine from 😉
