My wife will be really happy when she sees that today I finally posted her best girl. She is a big Final Fantasy XII fan and has mentioned on way too many occasions that I should post either the Fran or Balthier figure. I guess today is finally the day đ
Fran, also being together with Balthier, my favorite characters from the game (probably most fans' favorites), received a Kai figure release that comes in a box that instantly triggered me đ. Because of her ears, the box is the only one I own that is not the same size as the others. As someone who is really particular about the order and symmetry of my displays, I had to look for a workaround on how to stack all of them on top of my Detolfs.
Enough about my personal issues, let's talk about the figure! Fully articulated for action poses, she stands about 31cm tall, including her carefully sculpted rabbit-like ears. She's armed with her bow and arrow and comes with two extra interchangeable hands and a base. The details are great and leave not much to complain about.
For some time, this figure was offered only for really ridiculous prices (especially considering the retail price of around 90âŹ). We are talking 400âŹ+. While the prices went down again, the figure is still not cheap, as most listings are still over 200⏠on eBay. But I guess this is nothing new for popular figures that are not sold in retail anymore.
