I thought nothing fits the upcoming release of FFVII Rebirth better than one of the first official merchandise!
This Moogle found its way into my collection only a few weeks ago. Of course, it's not just any Moogle; it's the fat Moogle Cait Sith is riding, which will have a lot of screen time in the game.
The plushie is, as my wife would say, "bum bum" (fat and cute 😂). You can see that, in comparison to Lightning, it is pretty big. That also explains why last month's AmiAmi parcel was bigger than usual. It is really fluffy and definitely a great companion to cuddle with.
The size is approximately L 28 cm × W 35 cm × D 25 cm. The overall quality is excellent, and my only complaint is the zipper on the back that can be opened, but nothing can be put inside as the hole is fake. I am still sure it will go great with either the Cait Sith action doll or the soon-to-be-released Amigurumi Plush.
This plushie is still available for purchase at Amiami for 4400¥ (29.35$) or the Square Enix Store for 52.99€/54.99$. Pretty expensive if you ask me.
