This will forever be, in my opinion, one of the weirdest thing SquareSoft did... For some reason, in 2001 they decided to bundle Chrono Trigger with Final Fantasy IV and call it Final Fantasy Chronicles. Lol, I don't know how you can even have this idea... Whatever... Here is the description of the compilation, and for a change, I wanted to give a little bit more spotlight to the Greatest Hits version.
Final Fantasy IV, originally released as Final Fantasy II in North America, follows the journey of Cecil, a Dark Knight turned Paladin, as he confronts dark forces threatening his world. The game is known for its engaging storyline, memorable characters, and innovative Active Time Battle system.
On the other hand, Chrono Trigger is a renowned time-traveling RPG and hailed as one of the greatest games of all time. Good thing the greatest hits version can still be found in new condition for just 30€ at Play-Asia! No excuses not to add it to your collection!
