Ps1 - Persona 2: Eternal Punishment

And after last week's Persona 2: Innocent Sin, I had to follow up with the direct sequel, Persona 2: Eternal Punishment.

It follows the story of Maya Amano, a reporter who is investigating a strange phenomenon known as the Joker Curse. The Joker Curse is a rumor that says that if you call your own cell phone number, you will be able to make a wish, but at a terrible cost. Maya soon finds herself involved in a web of conspiracies, mysteries, and supernatural events that threaten the fate of the city of Sumaru.

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment received critical acclaim for its improvements over its predecessor, such as the refined gameplay mechanics, the engaging plot, and the memorable characters. The game also had a high-quality localization that captured the tone and humor of the original Japanese version. The game was well-received by both Japanese and Western audiences, and is considered one of the best games in the Persona series.

If you're looking for a game that offers a deep and immersive story, a unique and strategic combat system, and a rich and diverse game world, you should definitely check it out! Whether you're a veteran of the Persona series or a newcomer, you will definitely find something to enjoy in this game.

What are your thoughts on Persona 2: Eternal Punishment? Have you played it before, or are you interested in trying it out? Do you think it deserves a modern remake, along with Persona 2: Innocent Sin?
