GTA III is set within the fictional Liberty City (loosely based on New York City). The story follows Claude, a silent protagonist who, after being betrayed and left for dead by his girlfriend during a robbery, embarks on a quest for revenge that leads him to become entangled in a world of crime, drugs, gang warfare, and corruption.
For the first time the game is played from a third-person perspective, and players embark on various missions that involve driving vehicles, engaging in combat, and completing tasks for different criminal organizations. The game offers the freedom to explore the city, interact with NPCs, and cause mayhem. Players can steal cars, commit crimes, and progress through the story to uncover its plot twists and turns.
In the past, Rockstar managed to release 6 GTA games in 10 years. However, nowadays, they don't even manage to release two 😂
