Even though in just few days the Pixel Remaster Collection will be finally released for PS4 and Switch, the best versions of some of the classic games can still be found on the good, old PSP. Yes, a 12 years old version is still the best looking way to play some of the Final Fantasy classics.
Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection is a compilation and contains both the base game with new enhanced graphics and new CG movies and also, for the first time ever, the sequel The After Years, in one package.
The European special edition, in addition to the game itself, also contains artwork cards with illustrations of the main heroes of the game.
The price for this small collector's edition was really reasonable at the time, but it isn't now. People asking double the price for just the base version and over 100€ for a new special edition. If you can find it around 60-70€ it is definitely worth it.
