When seeing this picture, you all probably thought i want to show you the different Pixel Remaster versions that I received yesterday. Wrong! (maybe another day) Instead, welcome to another round of "Xe rants about the Square Enix EU Store"
This time it's not about a damaged shipment, so I will keep it short, as the attached pictures are clearly showing my issue with the EU store. My problem is the ridiculous difference in handling and securing of the items between Square Enix Japan and Europe.
The last thing I want to complain about is the nerve to send out games, that are really hard to get and are now reallyyyy expensive, in a freaking envelope! Playasia managed to put their copy in a cardboard box and SE EU send it in an envelope lol... Imagine being happy about getting a sold out copy just to get it with scratches and broken case.. I know at least one person whose game arrived damaged exactly for this freaking reason. Of course no replacement, best they can do is a useless 10€ voucher for their freaking terrible store. How can you not give at least a lil bit crap about the stuff you sell?!
