Square Enix Launches Final Fantasy IX 25th Anniversary Website with New Merchandise

Square Enix has launched a website to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy IX, which takes place on July 7, 2025. The website features details on upcoming merchandise, a vinyl soundtrack, and newly revealed artwork by Toshiyuki Itahana, the game’s original character designer.
The lineup of merchandise includes plushes, FORM-ISM figures, a silver necklace, vinyl, and a picture book centered on Vivi. Additionally, a collaboration with eyewear brand Zoff is in development, with more details to be revealed later. Several of these items will be released throughout 2025, with pre-orders already available on various retail platforms. (Links to be updated.)
