Xe goes Square Enix Plays 2022
Last Saturday I had the chance to visit one of the SEPlays2022 locations scheduled for Germany that was also luckily happening in my hometown Munich.
In the event Location Villa Flora, SE gave many fans the chance to play a variety of current games. Beside the already released games like Valkyrie Elysium, Harvestella or Tactics Ogre, you could also try out unreleased ones like Crisis Core Reunion and Forspoken.
The entry was free and without any registration. You can just come, take a sit to play some of the games on the prepared systems or just have a talk with the SE employees and other fans.
Every full hour you can participate in a Square Enix Quiz in which you could win some prices. Additionally a Crisis core themed wall and a buster sword were available to make photos with.
Also a display of some of the recent and upcoming merchandise could be found. Unfortunately you couldn't buy anything, what is a missed opportunity in my opinion. At least I could have a talk with someone from the Merch team to complain about my experiences with the official store 😅
It was overall a fun and well organized event by @squareenixde. Hoping another one will come back to Munich in the future! 🤞
