Square Enix Store EU

Not sure if this should be considered a review or a rant post, but here we go.

This is a review ONLY of the EU store! I heard only positive things about the Japanese one and similar horror stories about the NA one.

I was waiting for a long time to finally make this post. The reason wasn't me, that didn't know what to write, but my preorders that were being constantly delayed. Of course, I wanted to include some pictures of the recent orders that arrived at my doorstep.

In the last months I spend a lot of money on a big diversity of merchandise. I bought, figures, plushies, soundtracks, Vinyls and much more.

Here is a pro/con list, in hope i can fit everything (i never do):

Positive:

- It's always possible to return items.

- Sales (I guess?)

Negative:

- Screwing up preorders. selling out items and not dispatching the other items because they are waiting for the sold-out one... (that will never be available again..)

- Terrible packaging! Always the same sized box with nothing to protect the items. (this paper thing is a joke, wtf is bubble wrap?!)

- Items are being shipped already in a not new condition

- Ridiculous high shipping costs (13€)

- No dispatch or tracking information

- Items being constantly delayed ,while released in other regions

- No information about delays

- Customer service that is slow and in most cases unhelpful.

- Return costs have to be first paid by yourself

- Filters not working on the website

- Promoting sold out items..

Like you see ,there is not much positive I can say about the store. If it is possible I place my orders anywhere else.

All the problems spoiled the fun for me to look forward for my orders. It's a roulette if my stuff Is arriving in mint condition or not..
