This is another game that my wife played and finished, though she still has some routes left to complete for 100%. But she got so distracted with other games that I don’t know when she’ll find her way back!
Fire Emblem: Three Houses on the Nintendo Switch combines tactical combat with life simulation, creating a unique RPG experience. Set in Fódlan, a continent divided among rival nations, the game follows Byleth, a former mercenary turned professor, who must guide students in one of three houses: the Black Eagles, Blue Lions, or Golden Deer. Each house represents a different nation, and as Byleth, players balance their time between teaching, building relationships, and leading students into strategic battles.
The game’s tactical combat features systems like Battalions, which enhance unit abilities, and Divine Pulse, allowing players to rewind moves for a strategic edge. The flexible class system offers customization, letting you develop skills tailored to each character. With "Classic" mode, where characters are permanently lost in battle, and "Casual" mode for a less punishing experience, the game accommodates both new players and longtime fans.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses blends intense strategy with a deeply developed storyline, immersing players in themes of loyalty, power, and the complex destinies of Fódlan’s people.
