Short: Xbox Games Showcase Set for June 8, Final Fantasy Announcements Possible

The Xbox Games Showcase 2025 will stream live on Sunday, June 8 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST / 7pm CEST / 2am JST (June 9) / 3am AEST (June 9). This event will highlight upcoming titles from Xbox’s first-party studios and third-party partners.
After so many rumors, we might finally see the announcement of Final Fantasy XVI or Final Fantasy VII Remake for Xbox, especially after confirmation that Final Fantasy VII Remake is coming to the upcoming Switch 2 too.
The presentation will be followed by a dedicated Outer Worlds 2 Direct. The event will be streamed on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
